Specialty roaster and online shop
Brand and shop for a specialty roaster, carrying a rotating range of single origins and house blends.
Bagira is a specialty roaster, and the site is a shop as much as a brand piece. It carries a rotating range of single origins — Brazil, Guatemala, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mexico, Papua New Guinea — alongside house blends.
That range is the hard part. A coffee catalogue changes constantly as lots sell through, and each entry needs origin, process and tasting notes without turning every product page into a spreadsheet.
Specialty coffee is also a crowded shelf where most brands look the same. Bagira needed to feel considered without dissolving into that sameness.
A restrained identity built around a mark that survives being stamped on a bag, printed small on a label, or used as an avatar.
The shop gives the product room: large imagery, generous spacing, and typography that stays quiet so the coffee sets the temperature of each page. Origin and process are structured consistently, so a returning customer can compare two lots at a glance.
We documented how the identity behaves across packaging, signage and screen, because a roaster lives in all three at once — including on the counter of cafés like Cirkusz that pour it.
The result scales from a bag label to a full catalogue without losing its voice, which is the real test for a product brand.
New lots can be added as they land, which is the difference between a shop and a brochure.
