OffConOn is a cross-platform for individuals and businesses to connect, collaborate and grow together — discovery, booking, payments and profiles behind a single login.
Products that try to do many things usually read as doing none of them well. The interface problem was making a broad feature set feel like one coherent product rather than several applications sharing a logo.
It also serves two sides at once. An individual looking for a service and a business listing one need different views of the same underlying system.
We worked from the shared primitives outward: one account model, one navigation spine, and consistent patterns for every service that hangs off it.
Each service type inherits the same component behaviour, so somebody who has done one thing already knows how to do the next. That is what makes breadth feel like capability rather than clutter.
The two sides share components wherever the task is genuinely the same, and diverge only where the job differs.
The system can absorb new service types without the interface being redesigned each time, which is the difference between a platform and a pile of features.
