Twiddle Food

Nutrition coaching, workplace wellbeing seminars and pasta workshops — three audiences on one site.

Overview

Culinary medicine and workplace wellbeing

Nutrition coaching, workplace wellbeing seminars and pasta workshops — three audiences on one site.

Concept

Twiddle Food sits where culinary medicine meets everyday cooking. The offer is broader than it first appears: one-to-one nutrition coaching, workplace wellbeing reviews and seminars, team-building pasta workshops, private pasta parties and children's birthday parties.

That is at least three audiences with different budgets and different questions. An HR lead booking a wellbeing seminar and a parent booking a birthday party share almost nothing except the person delivering it.

A single homepage trying to answer all of them tends to answer none of them.

Design

We split the journeys close to the entry point and gave each its own path to an enquiry, with its own language and its own evidence.

The corporate route leads with practicalities and the evidence base — this is a business buying an outcome. The consumer route leads with the experience. Neither has to wade through the other's content to reach a booking.

The evidence-based positioning is load-bearing for the workplace audience, so it is stated plainly rather than left as a tone.

Delivery

Pages are structured around the terms people actually search for locally, which matters for a business whose catchment is a city rather than a country.

The result answers each audience properly without any of them feeling like an afterthought.
